UAKS e. V. - Ukrainian Association in Stuttgart

Ukrainisches Atelier für Kultur und Sport (UAKS) e. V. is a non-profit organisation, but above all a platform for socially active and creative people. It is an amazing network of young committed [ethnic] Ukrainians who have set themselves the goal of presenting Ukraine holistically in Germany. The focus is on cultural projects such as. the exhibition „SMS from Mariupol“ or Issue of the German-Ukrainian magazine „Gel[:b]lau“, as well as promoting the sporting activities in the Ukrainian diaspora. The whole thing is planned, organised and carried out in the Swabian capital of Stuttgart. However, the committed supporters are not only from Stuttgart or Baden-Württemberg - the network extends to the whole of Germany, Ukraine and the Ukrainian diaspora in Austria, Belgium, Canada and the USA. Since its foundation, the Ukrainian Atelier for Culture & Sport has brought Ukrainians from various German cities closer together and has been able to fascinate many German citizens for Ukraine and its culture.
